Philip is currently Chief Creative Officer for Perch, a design studio in Dublin, where he is committed to creating meaningful products by finding the most innovative and challenging creative solution that fit within a brand's DNA and product strategy. After graduating from the National College of Art and Design, Philip completed a Master of Arts in Design in Milan through which he worked with companies such as Cartier, Montblanc, Alfred Dunhill, Van Cleef & Arpels, Panerai and the Platinum Guild Association. Following his Masters, Philip moved to Switzerland to work and design for Vacheron Constantin, one of the leading watch manufacturers in the world. Philip then moved to London for a number of years with a role in Links of London, designing and managing jewellery, watch, accessories and corporate collections. The opportunity of returning to Ireland with a role in Perch was grabbed by Philip where he is using his experience and expertise to create fresh, new and contemporary products.
- With over a decade's experience in the design industry, Philip has continually worked within a team environment, which invariably included reviewing, managing and mentoring all designers whom he worked alongside
- A number of projects for Links of London, worked in conjunction with Central St Martin's, which involved tutoring and mentoring jewellery design students throughout the project to a finished design
- Philip also has been a guest tutor in NCAD in a number of different projects and departments
