Personal Summary:

Caitlin is founder of Accelerating Performance with extensive experience in scaling companies domestically and internationally. Her focus is on commercialisation, internationalisation, export strategy, partnerships, market feasibility, digital strategy and marketing and growth strategy across strategic operational and tactical levels. Caitlin is leader in the field of networking at home and internationally and speaks regularly at conferences and internally in corporate organisations on the topic of networking and corporate communications. Before founding Accelerating Performance Caitlin held senior positions in private and public sectors. Her career started in Aer Lingus where Caitlin Worked across a number of divisions from retail sales, customer relations, business planning and market planning. In 1998 Catilin was instrumental in the launch of Esat Clear, the home phone and Internet Company ensuring 25,000 customers in 90 days. Caitlin also helps positions in technology companies. She stimulates creative thinking all whom she works with. Caitlin is a retained mentor by Enterprise Ireland, Failte Ireland and a number of LEO’s nationwide.

Mentoring Experience:

Caitlin is currently mentoring a leading household name designer and has worked extensively via LEO and Enterprise Ireland with smaller direct and indirect designers. Some are looking to gain greater footfall and sales while others have a supporting technology product. No matter the industry, Caitlin has a personal formula for developing the strategic direction of companies big and small and assists companies to develop a tactical plan to implement this.
